Enquiry data is kept for up to 12 months. Assessment submissions and results are kept for up to 3 years for academic record purposes. You may request deletion at any time.
We do not sell or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes. We use Netlify to host our website and forms — their privacy policy applies to data processed through their platform.
For promotional and marketing purposes, The Short Course Institute may use your first name, city or region of residence, and the programme you have studied. This information may appear in anonymised or attributed marketing materials — for example, to indicate that a learner from a particular location completed a particular course. No further personal details will be disclosed.
If you wish to be excluded from any such use of your information, you must notify us in writing during the booking phase of your programme, before your enrolment is confirmed. Requests made after enrolment cannot be guaranteed. To opt out, contact us at the address provided in Section 9.
